Order a sample

Before ordering your matting (for relevant products) we would recommend ordering a sample if you are at all unsure about the product. We like to encourage our customers to order samples if you’re unsure so we can ensure that we make you the perfect matting for your business.

All samples are sent Royal Mail First Class so should arrive with you in 1-2 working days.

We would particularly recommend ordering samples when deciding on colours for a Carpet Textile or All Weather Logo Doormats. This is simply down to the slight differences in colour appearance between the two types of matting. Furthermore, the graphical representation that you will receive of your mat will not be a perfect representation of how your mat will appear in person. So if you have any doubts about colours, it’s always best to order a sample for some peace of mind.

Please Note: Carpet Textile and All Weather samples are purely colour swatches and are not a representation of the quality of the finished doormat product.

Although white is available to choose as an option, it is not something we would advise for large areas of your doormat. There is instead the option to select an off-white or light grey. These will help to improve the longevity of your mats appearance, while offering a similar effect.

All of our Personalised Carpet Textile Doormats are made for indoor use only. However, on the All Weather Made To Measure Doormats, there is the option to select either indoor or outdoor usage. If You select ‘Outdoor’ for your mat’s Area of Use, it will be produced with drainage holes in the backing. When ‘Indoor’ is selected, your mat will be produced without these drainage holes.

For Coir Logo Mats, there are fewer available colours to choose from which in some ways can make your selection easier! However, as per our Carpet Textile and All Weather Logo Mats, the graphical representation that you will receive of your mat will not be a perfect representation of how your mat will appear in person. The combination of the coir colours selected are always better observed in person for a true representation of the final mat if you are unsure about your selection.

Important: When viewing samples, do so in the lighting that they are going to be used. Colours do appear slightly different in differing light conditions and shadow. For example, in an area with a lot of natural light vs a dark area lit using artificial lighting. In addition, colours will appear different at arm’s length when viewing, compared to when placed on the floor.
